Chairman Jordan called the public hearing to order at 11 :00 a.m. The Deputy Clerk called the roll and the following Ways & Means Committee Members were present: Chairman Jordan, Legislators Lesniak, Buckel, Corbett, Holmquist, Kilmartin, Warner. Members Absent: Legislators Stanczyk, Kinne. Also Present: Chairman Rhinehart; Ms. Tormey, OCC; Ms. Tarolli, Chief Deputy County Attorney, Ms. Berger, Deputy County Attorney; Ms. Stanczyk, Ms. Lesniak, Mr. Corcoran.
The Clerk read the notice of pubic hearing and stated that it was duly published in the Syracuse Newspapers.
Chairman Jordan asked if there was anyone wishing to be heard. Hearing none, the hearing was adjourned at 11 :02 a.m.
