Chairman Rhinehart called the 2:20 p.m. public hearing to order at 2:33 p.m.

The Clerk read the notice of public hearing.

Chairman Rhinehart asked for speakers wishing to be heard. Hearing none, the public hearing was adjourned at 2:35 p.m.
