Chairman Rhinehart called the 2: 15 p.m. public hearing to order at 2:20 p.m.

The Clerk read the notice of public hearing.

Chairman Rhinehart asked for any speakers wishing to be heard. Hearing none, the public hearing was adjourned at 2:22 p.m.
