PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES July 5, 2006
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO WETZEL ROAD TREATMENT PLANT AND LIVERPOOL PUMP STATION FACILITIES FOR THE ONONDAGA COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT
A public hearing was held in the Legislative Chamber, Court House, Syracuse, New York, on the above date by the Onondaga County Legislature regarding proposed improvements to the Wetzel Road Wastewater Pump Treatment Plant and to the Liverpool Road Pump Station Facilities for the Onondaga County Sanitary District.
Chairman Sweetland called the 2:15 public hearing to order at 4:58 p.m.
The Clerk called the roll and the following legislators were present: Mrs. Baker, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Meyer, Mr. Farrell, Mr. Rapp, Mr. Rhinehart, Mr. DiBlasi, Mr. Corbett, Mr. Stanczyk, Mr. Holmquist, Mr. Warner, Mr. Whelan, Mr. Kinne, Mr. Laguzza, Mr. Ryan, Mrs. Chaplin, Mrs. Winslow, Chairman Sweetland.
The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and statkd that proof of publications in the Syracuse Newspapers and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office df the Clerk.
There being no speakers, Chairman Sweetland closed the hearing at 3:00 p.m.
