Chairman Sweetland called the hearing to order at 2: 15 p. m.

The Clerk stated that a notice of public hearing has been provided and is on file.

Chairman Sweetland read the attached statement (attachment 1).
Mr. SteveMartin, ProjectManager -Midland Avenue Sewer Improvement Project, read a

statement (attachment 2).
Chairman Sweetland asked for speakers:

Mr. Joseph Barry, City of Syracuse, Corporation Counsel – opposed; submitted detailed objections for the record (attachment 3).

There being no further speakers,Chairman Sweetland adjourned the public hearing at 2:30 p.m.
