LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES October 17, 2006
IN ATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, County Executive; Jennifer Testut Smith, County Attorney; Johanna Robb, Deputy Clerk, County Legislature
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro held a Public Hearing on the above date at 2:00 P.M. in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider local law No. , 2006, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW 22-2002 TO INCREASE THE RENTAL FEE FOR THE LAKE HOUSE AT BEAVER LAKE”.
The Deputy Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 2:02 P.M.
