LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEAR NG MINUTES May 16, 2006
IN ATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, Ctmty Executive; Jennifer Testut, County Attorney; Johanna Robb, Deputy I lerk, County Legislature
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Munilcipal Home Rule Law, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro held a public hearinci on the above date at 9:08 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2006, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE OF BALDWINSVILLE.”
The Deputy Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and a affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 9:09 A.M.
