LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES May 16, 2006
IN ATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, County Executive; Jennifer Testut, County Attorney; Johanna Robb, Deputy CIerk, County Legislature
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro held a public hearing on the above date at 9:10 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of that hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2006, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SYRACUSE HOUSING AUTHORITY.”
The Deputy Clerk read the official notice of public; hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 9:11 A.M.
