LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
July 17, 2007
IN ATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, County Executive; Jennifer Testut, Deputy County Attorney; Johanna Robb, Deputy Clerk, County Legislature
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive, Nicholas J. Pirro held a public hearing on the above date at 9:00 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2007, entitled “A LOCAL LAW REPEALING LOCAL LAW NO. 3-2005 REGARDING THE SUBLEASE OF PROPERTY FROM THE ONONDAGA COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY WITH RESPECT TO THE ONCENTER HOTEL.”
The Deputy Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 9:01 A.M.
