LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OCTOBER 24, 2006
INATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, County Executive; Lori Tarolli, Deputy County Attorney; Debbie Maturo, Clerk, County Legislature
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro held a public hearing on the above date at 11:32 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2006, entitled “A LOCAL LAW RELATING TO FEES COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 4-2005, 9-2003 AND 22-2002.”
The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 11:33 A.M.
