LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

IN ATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, County Executive; Jennifer Testut, County Attorney; Debbie Fichera, Clerk County Legislature, Bill Carey, Channel 5, John Mariani, Post-Standard
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro held a public hearing on the above date at 11 :30 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2006, entitled “A LOCAL LAW, AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 2- 2001, AS AMENDED BY LOCAL LAW NO. 3 2002 AND LOCAL LAW NO. 5- 2002, AUTHORIZING AN ANNUAL PAYMENT TO THE CITY OF SYRACUSE AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE TO EXECUTE A PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO CAROUSEL CENTER.”
The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 11:32 A.M.
