Local Law Establishing Park Fees

REPORT OF THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE ON LOCAL LAW NO.          – 2006

PURSUANT TO Article 3, Section 20, of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a Public Hearing was held by me on April 13, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers of the Onondaga County Legislature, Court House, Syracuse, New York, to consider Local Law No._ – 2006, entitled: “A LOCAL LAW PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 1-2005”.

This Local Law has been duly adopted by the Onondaga County Legislature on April 4, 2006, and the proper posting of notices and publication of such notices of such hearing have been duly made according to law. Proof of such posting and publication has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Legislature.

A hearing having been held in reference to this Local Law, and no person having attended, it is my opinion that the proposed Local Law of the County of Onondaga entitled, “A LOCAL LAW PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 1- 2005” is proper and beneficial and I, therefore, approve the adoption of Local Law No._ – 2006.

Respectfully submitted

Nicholas L. Pirro
