LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

June 16, 2008

IN ATTENDANCE: Joanne M. Mahoney, County Executive, Benjamin Dublin, Director of Intergovernmental Relations, Lori H. Tarolli, Senior Deputy County Attorney, Kelly M. Berger, Deputy County Attorney, Deborah Mature, Clerk, County Legislature

Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive, Joanne M. Mahoney held a public hearing on the above date at 2:38 P.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2008, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AUTHORIZING A RIGHT OF ENTRY AND EASEMENT TO THE ONONDAGA COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND REPAIR COVERED STORAGE TANKS AND CONNECTIONS TO THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM.”

The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.

There being no speakers, County Executive, Joanne M. Mahoney closed the hearing at 2:39 P.M.
