LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

IN ATTENDANCE: Joanne M. Mahoney, County Executive, Benjamin Dublin, Director of Intergovernmental Relations, Martin Skahen, Executive Communications Director, Jennifer Testut, Deputy County Attorney, Deborah Maturo, Clerk, County Legislature
Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive, Joanne M. Mahoney held a public hearing on the above date at 10:35 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2007, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF SALINA TO DESTINY USA RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PARK, LLC AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEASE OF A PORTION OF THAT PROPERTY BACK TO THE COUNTY.”
The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, County Executive Joanne M. Mahoney closed the hearing at 10:37 A.M.
