Local Law Amending Fee Schedule for the Center for Forensic Sciences for Medical Examiner Services and Forensic Laboratory Services

LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OCTOBER 24, 2006

IN ATTENDANCE: Nicholas J. Pirro, County Executive; Lori Tarolli, Deputy County Attorney; Debbie Maturo, Clerk, County Legislature

Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro held a public hearing on the above date at 11:30 A.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No. , 2006, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE ONONDAGA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT CENTER FOR FORENSIC SCIENCES FOR MEDICAL EXAMINER SERVICES AND FOR FORENSIC LABORATORY SERVICES.”

The Clerk read the official notice of public hlaring and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.

There being no speakers, County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro closed the hearing at 11:31 A.M.
