LOCAL LAW PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

IN ATTENDANCE: Joanne M. Mahoney, County Executive, Benjamin Dublin, Director of Intergovernmental Relations, Lori H. Tarolli, Senior Deputy County Attorney, Kelly M. Berger, Deputy County Attorney, Deborah Maturo, Clerk, County Legislature

Pursuant to Article 3, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, County Executive, Joanne M. Mahoney called the 3:05 P.M. public hearing to order on the above date at 2:16 P.M., in the Legislative Chambers. The purpose of the hearing was to consider Local Law No., 2008, entitled “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 18-2002 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FINES COLLECTED BY THE ONONDAGA COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY AND SYRACUSE BRANCHES.”

The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publication in the Syracuse Post Standard and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.

There being no speakers, County Executive, Joanne M. Mahoney closed the hearing at 2:17 P.M.
