INCLUSION OF VIABLE AGRICULTURAL LANDS WITHIN CERTIFIED AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 303-B OF NYS AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS LAW 25-AA
A public hearing was held on the above date in the Legislative Chambers, Court House, Syracuse, New York, by the Onondaga County Legislature regarding the inclusion of viable agricultural lands within certified agricultural districts pursuant to Section 303-B of NYS Agriculture and Markets Law 25-AA.
Chairman Sweetland called the 2:20 p.m. public hearing to order at 3:00 p.m.
The Clerk called the roll and the following legislators were pr.sent: Mrs. Baker, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Meyer, Mr. Farrell, Mr. Rapp, Mr. Rhinehart, Mr. DiBlasi, Mr. Corbett, Mr. Stanczyk, Mr. Holmquist, Mr. Warner, Mr. Whelan, Mr. Kinne, Mr. Laguzza, Mr. Ryan, Mrs. Chaplin, Mrs. Jinslow, Chairman Sweetland.
The Clerk read the official notice of public hearing and stated that proof of publications in the Syracuse Newspapers and affidavits of posting were on file in the Office of the Clerk.
There being no speakers, Chairman Sweetland closed the hearing at 3:01 p.m.
