Chairman Jordan called the public hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. He pointed out the exits and asked everyone to please silence their cell phones.
Chairman Jordan asked if there was anyone wishing to speak.
Pat lnfantine, Director, Manlius Library – Spoke in support of OCPL and referenced the OCPL budget. She stated that she was aware of the value of services that the Central Library provides to member libraries and how the Polaris system is critical to the library. The proposed upgrade to the Central Library will serve the public throughout the county. She referenced how many people come downtown and will utilize the library services. It will not only be an efficiency, but also it is very important to provide a welcomie, friendly environment. It will go a long way to helping everyone. She reiterated that the upgrade and renovation of the Central Library is very important to everyone throughout the County.
Chairman Jordan asked for anyone else wishing to be heard. Hearing none, he declared the comment period closed.
He asked if there were any additional comments from the committee or closing remarks. Hearing none, he closed the hearing at 7:06 p.m.
